Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information These terms govern the rights and obligations arising between the Online Shop and the Customer when purchasing goods. The terms apply to all purchases made through the Online Shop. Product prices are indicated next to each item. Delivery costs may apply. Delivery fees depend on the Customer’s location and chosen delivery method and are displayed during checkout. Product information is provided on each product page. The Online Shop reserves the right to amend these terms and prices. Order Processing To place an order, products must be added to the cart and required data completed. A delivery method must then be selected. The total amount payable will be displayed and can be paid via bank link or other payment method. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of payment in the Online Shop’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the Customer will be notified and refunded within 14 days. If a confirmed but not yet shipped order is cancelled, CBDITALY may retain an administrative fee of 10% (minimum €10). This does not apply when exercising statutory withdrawal rights. Right of Withdrawal and Returns The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the product is defective. Refunds are made within 14 days after written confirmation of approval and inspection of the returned product. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR OUTLET PRODUCTS Outlet products are clearly marked and may be discounted up to –70%. They may be previous-season batches or goods stored for 6–18 months. Long storage may affect appearance, texture, moisture or aroma. Natural drying may cause fragility or partial crumbling. By purchasing Outlet products, the Customer accepts possible differences from regular products. The following are not considered defects: – natural drying – texture changes – partial crumbling – reduced aroma intensity – visual batch differences The discount reflects these characteristics. CBDITALY evaluates complaints individually. Dispute Resolution Disputes will be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, the Customer may turn to the competent consumer authority or court.
